While already some of the dream has faded, a lot of it remains freash in my mind. it was a female mercenary style adventurer (played by claudia black) her young sidekick, her rival, and her old army buddy.
The main character finds out that her old friend wasn't dead like she thought and in fact was being experimented on in the mountains (don't know which "mountains though). She could to try and save him only to find out that the experiments were to remove a persons soul from their body and implant them into another body having then take over as that person.
Now that it were things start to fade so excuse the jumps in plots.
it ends up with the rivals soul getting put into the main characters, (seriously I'm calling her claudia in my main cause I don't know her real name.) But her body rejects the soul and it ends up being pushed out into nothingness where it seemingly dies.
Then the main character and the sidekick return to a place where an old man is sitting outside. It was an old amry place where the main character and her old friend used to fequent. she reports to the man that her friend didn't die when she thought and that the records should be updated (she was partially crying swhen she did this, you could really feel the emotion of the moment.
But then it cuts to the inside where it turns out the man was still alive though in the process of dying. the main character helps him to a bed during which time one of the best lines my strange brain has come up with appears. The man asks how he fought off her rivals souls and reply is: "I don't know, it's like my body just rejected it, I looked up and it wasn't my own moon." GAH that's not the line but I can't remember that acctual line anymore, but the basic line that I'm trying to say is "It's not my own moon" for some reason I love that line, and the strange out of place context it had within my dream.
After that she lay the man on the bed where it's discovered that her rivals soul someone found it's way to her old army friends body and they're currently sharing it, she reveals that she's enjoying herself (in a good way not an evil way) sharing the body before it spasms and dies as she says: "it's bliss" as the main character shouts and cries for them both.
That's when the dream ended, somehow I woke myself up after that and here I am. This dream just outright blew me away. Even thought I can't remember a lot of it now enough still remains for me to be amazed by. especially that line. it may make no sense to you but believe me in the context of the dream and at that moment, it fucking worked.
Someone needs to invent a dream recorder.
